Is GamsGo legit? I read the fine print before paying.
The prices look too good to be true. Some of them are. Here's what I found when I went past the landing page.
My verdict in 30 seconds
- It's a real company that delivers what it sells. Not a scam.
- It's genuinely cheap. YouTube Premium for $6.49 instead of $15.99. ChatGPT Plus seats for under $5.
- "Safe" depends on the product. Your-own-account products like YouTube Premium: fairly low risk. Shared logins: expect the odd hiccup.
- The refund policy is stricter than the homepage suggests. Read the five lines further down before you pay.
Let's get this out of the way: I'm a GamsGo affiliate. If you buy through my links or use my code, I earn a commission. That's exactly why I'm telling you the bad parts too. A review that only says nice things is just an ad, and you'd be right to ignore it.
Most people find GamsGo the same way. A subscription price goes up, you search for something cheaper, and you land on a page selling ChatGPT Plus for about a quarter of the price. The obvious next question is "what's the catch?" It was my first question too.
So I went looking for it. I went through checkout on several products, read the refund policy and terms line by line, went through their help center, and looked at what other buyers say on review sites. I haven't been a customer for years, so I can't tell you how a two-year-old account holds up. What I can tell you is what you're signing up for, before you pay.
What GamsGo actually is
GamsGo is a subscription reseller. The company behind it is GAMESGO LTD, with an address on Great Portland Street in London, and it says it has been running for six years. It sells cheaper access to streaming, music and AI tools: Netflix, YouTube Premium, Disney+, HBO Max, Deezer, Tidal, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Canva, Duolingo, NordVPN and a long list of others.
The part most people miss is that "buying from GamsGo" can mean three very different things:
| How you get access | Example | Risk |
|---|---|---|
| Shared login. You get the email and password of an account that several people use. | ChatGPT Plus seats, Netflix | Highest. Others see your activity, and the account can be shut down. |
| Family invite. Your own account joins one of their family groups. | YouTube Premium (older method) | Medium. Your account is yours, but family rules apply. |
| Recharge. They activate the plan on your own account. | YouTube Premium (current option) | Lowest of the three. |
Once you see it this way, most of the reviews start to make sense. People who bought "your own account" products tend to be happy. Most of the angry reviews are about shared logins.
What things actually cost at checkout
Landing page prices and checkout prices aren't always the same, so I went to the last step before paying. These are the real totals I saw on November 2, 2026, in US dollars:
| Product | Official price | GamsGo | With code NDGAM |
|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube Premium, 1 month | $15.99 | $6.49 | $6.30 |
| ChatGPT Plus, shared, 1 month, auto-renew | $20.00 | $5.14 | $4.96 |
| ChatGPT Plus, shared, 3 months | $60.00 | $13.49 | n/a |
| ChatGPT Plus, private seat, 1 month | $20.00 | $27.99 | n/a |
Yes, that last row is right. The "private" ChatGPT seat costs more than buying Plus directly from OpenAI. I can't think of a reason to buy it.
The fine print: five lines worth reading
Here's the part nobody reads. I did, so you don't have to. These all come from GamsGo's own refund policy:
The homepage talks about a "refund guarantee." In practice, the no-questions window is 24 hours, and even then fees come off. After that, you need a specific reason with proof.
The line that surprised me most was number three. For family-group products, a refund removes you from the group, and you can't join any other family plan for 12 months. So a refund isn't a clean undo. Think twice before you ask for one over a small problem.
Number five matters for shared logins. Use the account on more than one device, or on a TV, and if it breaks, that's on you. If you plan to watch on the big screen, a shared Netflix login is the wrong product.
What other buyers say
GamsGo has close to 19,000 reviews on Trustpilot. The score has moved around between roughly 3.7 and 4.2 stars over 2026, depending on when you check. That's decent, but not the near-perfect rating you'd guess from the testimonials on GamsGo's own site.
Reading through the reviews and the review roundups, the patterns are pretty consistent:
- What people like: the price, obviously, and how fast orders arrive. Many say they got their login or invite within minutes. A good number also say support fixed their problem within a day.
- What people hate: accounts that stop working before the paid period is up. Netflix comes up far more than anything else. The other big theme is refunds that were slow or smaller than expected because of fees.
None of this surprises me after reading the policy. Shared streaming accounts are exactly what services like Netflix are trying to stamp out, so those are always going to break the most.
Things that bugged me
A few small things made me trust the marketing a bit less than the product:
- Inflated "official" prices. The YouTube page compares GamsGo to an official price of $17.99 a month and an annual plan of $139.99. Neither matches the current US price of $15.99 a month or $159.99 a year. The real deal is good enough. Why pad it?
- Mixed messages on YouTube. The same product page says it activates an individual plan on your account, then says further down that you'll be invited to a family group. Those come with different rules. Ask support which one you're getting.
- Curated testimonials. The review carousel on product pages is all five-star quotes. That's normal marketing, but it's not the full picture. Trustpilot is.
So which products would I actually buy?
- Would buy: YouTube Premium. $6.49 against $15.99, and you keep your own Google account. This is GamsGo at its best. More on it in my YouTube Premium price breakdown.
- Know the catch: shared ChatGPT Plus. Under $5 a month is hard to argue with for studying and writing. Just remember the other people on the seat can read your chats, so keep anything private out of it. The full ChatGPT comparison is here.
- Know the catch: Netflix. It's the product with the most complaints. If you buy it, buy one month and don't use it on a TV.
- Skip: the private ChatGPT seat and the 6-month ChatGPT plan, which costs more per month than the 3-month one.
How to buy from GamsGo without getting burned
- Buy one month first. Bigger plans are where losses add up if something breaks.
- Test it within 24 hours. That's your easy-refund window.
- On shared logins, don't change anything. No new passwords, no new profiles, one device. Following the rules is what keeps you eligible for help.
- Screenshot your order and keep the order number. Support goes faster with it.
- Look at GamsCare+ on shared products. It's an optional add-on that covers refunds for the rest of your period if the account fails.
- Use the code. NDGAM gives new customers 5% off Netflix and YouTube (about 3% on my repeat order), and it stacks with the auto-renew discount. Details here.
The bottom line
GamsGo is legit, cheap, and imperfect. It's not a scam, but it's not the same as paying the official price either. You're trading some reliability and some privacy for a much lower bill.
If you go in knowing that, pick the products where you keep your own account, and start small, it can save you a real chunk of money. If you need something that just works every single day for your job, pay full price and sleep well.
I'm planning to run YouTube Premium through GamsGo for a full month, and I'll update this review with how it goes.
FAQ
Is GamsGo legit?
Yes, in the sense that it is a real, registered company (GAMESGO LTD, with a London address) that delivers what it sells most of the time. But many of its products are shared accounts, which break the streaming or AI service's terms and can stop working early. How safe it is depends on which product you buy.
Is GamsGo a scam?
No. Orders are delivered and support answers. The complaints people have are mostly about accounts stopping before the paid period ends, and about refunds being slow or reduced by fees, not about money simply disappearing.
What is GamsGo's refund policy?
You can get a refund within 24 hours of buying, minus fees. After that, refunds are only for specific problems such as non-delivery, double charges or technical issues you can prove. Fees are always deducted, and after 30 days about 15% of the order is kept as a service fee.
Which GamsGo products are safest?
Products that work on your own account, like YouTube Premium, carry less risk than shared logins, because you never use someone else's account. Shared ChatGPT Plus seats and Netflix accounts are where most problems are reported.
Does GamsGo have a discount code?
Yes. GamsGo says NDGAM gives first-time customers 5% off Netflix and YouTube Premium. On my repeat-order account it took about 3% off ChatGPT Plus and YouTube Premium, and it stacks with the auto-renew discount.
Decided to try it? Start with one month and use code NDGAM.
